How do I view Individual Card Balances?

All the cards you receive will be located in our dashboard. Once logged in, you will be able to view your card numbers and the balance remaining on each one.

 

Flagged/Declined Cards

In the event of one of your cards getting flagged by a vendor, please notify us via email or Skype and we will cancel the card for you and reissue it for a $50 fee. You can reissue cards within your membership plan’s allotment as many times as needed. 

Can I transfer funds between cards?

Yes you can move funds from card to card. The change will be updated immediately.

How does customer support/service work?

All requests/communications occur in the dashboard. You can track & manage all requests in real time. All requests are processed within 24 – 72 hrs. If you require instant live chat access for emergencies with your cards assistant, please inquire through Skype.

Does my IP Address affect my media traffic accounts when using multiple payment cards?

While actively using your payment cards for purchases on the major sites in the USA for merchandise and traffic we have found that using an IP address which matches the billing address to be important in ensuring your accounts do not get flagged or banned. When making payments from abroad a similar issue may occur and we recommend using an IP routing service to solve this issue.

What is the minimum balance I can have on my payment cards?

There is no minimum balance required on the cards themselves.

Timeframes for payment card funding?

As soon as we receive the wire for your deposit amount, the funds will be added to your cards right away.

Can we list a different billing address for each of the cards or do they need to work from one billing zip code?

Yes you can have a separate billing address for each card. However, the addresses have to be within the US and Canada. This address is not permanent and can be changed whenever. 

Is it Possible to Change the Billing Address of my Cards?

Any of our Cards solutions will allow you to change the billing address of the Card Holder. Once you get the card details and is active, please let us know the address you would like to get for it and allow us 24 to 48 business hours to get it updated.

Is it possible to change the name of my Cards?

Some cards schemes will allow you to do this. For more details contact our Client Team.

How long does it take for the changes on my cards to be reflected?

Depending on the card issuer, this changes may take up to 24 hours to be showing. Most of them are updated immediately.

What happens with the activation fee when I start at the Bronze plan and upgrade to a bigger plan?

When you do an upgrade, we will only charge the difference between the activation fee you were at and the one you are upgrading into.
